1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using refueldaily.com (the "Site") or purchasing products from Refuel Daily LLC ("Refuel Daily," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products and Orders
All products sold on the Site are dietary supplements. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have consulted or will consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any supplement (particularly if on prescription medication), and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current price. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

4. Returns and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, we do not accept returns. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@refueldaily.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will reship or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Health Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplement regimen, particularly if pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications (including GLP-1 receptor agonists), or managing a pre-existing condition.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is the property of Refuel Daily LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refuel Daily LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
